PROPELLER MONUMENT COMMITTEE |

| This afternoon, at 2:00pm, Dick de Bruin, Toine van der Klooster, and Dufi Kock met at the Caribbean Mercantile Bank to give the name of the committee and to open a bank account. |
| Dick had to leave so he suggested that Toine and Dufi handle the application. The bank requested that the committee have officers so Dufi Kock was named the President and Toine the Treasurer, which means that any transactions made at the bank from now on must be signed by both of them. |
| The girl at the bank told us that the Bank Manager has to sign all the papers and she will call on Monday and Dufi will go pick up the necessary documents. As soon as Dufi has receive these papers the account will be open for all those who would like to make a donation. |
| The committee to oversee the design, placement and construction of the monument will be know as "SS Oranjestad Memorial Committee". |
| At present a name has not been selected for the monument but the committee will continue to weigh suggestions on a names for the memorial. Will keep you informed. |
