| We were lucky (again) with Felix. On the east side of the island we hardly had rain, on the Hotel area there were some flooding and some rough sea but not that bad. I have a photo taken of the refinery at around 10.30 am yesterday. The wind was blowing from south to north and due to the hurricane the smoke was not going up or southwest, but stayed very very low and blowing out over Lago Heights, Esso Heights, Essoville an the Juana Morto area. They had big problem with that. |
